Combine 1 teaspoon of detergent with 1 cup of lukewarm water and use the above-mentioned process to treat the spot. You may have to repeat this process until you get your desired result.   

To remove dried paint from cloth:

It’s more difficult to remove dried paint from cloth rather than just after soaked clothing paint.
