  • 6-12 garlic cloves

 

Notes

  1. Prepare the water bath canner, and avoid this for refrigerator pickles.
  2. Cut and trim the its stems as your preferred size or jar size.
  3. Wash them properly by removing woody ends.
  4. Add sliced onion, garlic cloves, and required spices directly to the jars. 
  5. Heat the liquid brine ingredients along with salt, sugar, and any ground spices in a large saucepan.
  6. When the mixture runs to boiling, then remove it from the heat. 
  7. Overflow the brine upon its stems on the jar.
